Affiliate Program

Join our affiliate program to earn “residual income” by helping us to promote any of our services working from home, for instance: 
Business loans, Online advertising, Flyer ads/Distribution, Online store, Cleaning services, Direct marketing, Networking programs, and More.  

We’re creating opportunities for both individuals and business owners.  The concept is very simple we’re paying regular people to help us with advertising as opposed to using major media outlets.  (There are, however, some programs that we would either offer a salary or monthly contract for your referrals and that we cannot offer residual income).

As an example: Let say, through your referrals we were able to make $4,740.00 for the month.  You would earn $474.00 that’s 10% of the total amount.  And you would receive a check in the mail every month for as long as the account(s) exists.

Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the Ackfast.com Affiliate Program. "Affiliate" refers to you, and "Ackfast.com" refers to Ackfast.com. Located at 1620 Vauxhall Road, Suite 309, Union, NJ 07083

Commission Payments
Ackfast.com will pay the Affiliate up to 10% commission on each sale that we identify by your reference code.

Affiliate commission shall be paid by company check approximately every 30 days.  If commission does not exceed $20 US dollars, we reserve the right to hold payment until commissions accumulate to the minimum amount.  Ackfast.com reserves the right to modify the payment schedule as long as notice is posted to the Web site.

Ackfast.com shall pay commissions to all affiliates in U.S. currency.

If commission was paid for a qualified purchase that was canceled or refunded, the commission amount will be deducted from the next monthly payment.

Affiliates are not employees of Ackfast.com and are responsible for their own local, state, or country taxes.  If you are an employee of AckFast.com you acknowledge and agree that your status and activities as an affiliate program member under this Agreement are independent of your relationship and time spent as a member of the Affiliate Program shall not be considered work performed as an employee of AckFast.com.

All Affiliate applications are subject to approval by Ackfast.com.

Both Ackfast.com and the Affiliate reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time. If canceled, outstanding commissions for current period at time of cancellation shall be paid in the next monthly payment so long as rules of this agreement were not violated by the Affiliate.

Affiliate Reference Code
You will be issued an "Affiliate Reference code", which allows Ackfast.com to identify visitors from you. These visitors are tracked with this ref. code and sales are recorded to your Affiliate Account. To receive commissions, you must use the provided Affiliate Reference Code.

Ackfast.com reserves all rights, and to its trademarks and service marks but may be used by Affiliate in accordance with this agreement. The Ackfast.com trademark may not be used to register internet domain names for any purpose. Affiliate may in no way display an Ackfast.com logo, image, or trademark which may be distasteful, defame, or misrepresent.

Affiliate shall not create, change, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to AckFast.com without first submitting such material to us and receiving our written consent, except as expressly authorized in this Agreement.  Affiliates may not under any circumstances misrepresent AckFast.com products or services.

Affiliate is solely responsible for insuring that their Affiliate Reference code is listed on every item they chose to promote to qualify for commissions.

Affiliate agrees to not send unsolicited mail or spam mail to promote any of Ackfast.com products or services. This action will result in immediate termination of your account with a cancellation of any pending commissions. Affiliate will also be in violation of the Ackfast.com Affiliate Agreement and subject to legal action.

Prohibited Websites
If you have a website that you would ordinarily use to promote services such as ours and your websites promote: sexually explicit material or violence, does not qualify as an Affiliate.  Websites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, and physical disability, shall not be accepted. Websites that promote illegal activities shall not be accepted.  Your application will be rejected if your website promotes these kinds of activities. By applying, you are stating that your website does not directly promote or endorse these activities.

Term of Agreement and Termination
This agreement begins upon our acceptance of your Affiliate Program application and will end when terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.

Commissions earned through the date of expiration or cancellation of this agreement will remain payable only if the qualified sales are not cancelled or refunded by the referred Customers.  The final Commission may be withheld for an extended time in order to ensure that the correct amount is paid.

Disclaimer
Ackfast.com will make every reasonable effort to track and pay commissions for all qualifying sales that apply to Affiliate.  However, Ackfast.com is not responsible for technical problems, acts by third parties, or other events outside our reasonable control which may temporarily disrupt or diminish this service.

Customer Privacy
To protect AckFast.com customer privacy, you agree that all customer information related to the AckFast.com Affiliate Program belongs to us.  You also agree to protect as confidential all AckFast.com Affiliate Program customer information, and not to disclose such Information to any third parties, or for any purpose other than the purposes of this Agreement.  You agree to protect such Information using methods at least as protective as those you use to protect your own information of a confidential nature, but in no event, using less than a standard of reasonable care.

Independent Contractor
The relationship between Ackfast.com and Affiliate established by this Agreement is that of independent contractors. Ackfast.com and Affiliate shall each conduct its respective business at its own initiative, responsibility and expense, and shall have no authority to incur any obligations on behalf of the other, except as otherwise provided herein. Term "Affiliate" shall not be interpreted as a legal partner or affiliate, simply as an independent contractor for Ackfast.com under this agreement.

Limitation of Damages
Ackfast.com shall not be held any liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or with respect to this agreement or program, even if Ackfast.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Ackfast.com aggregate liability arising under or with respect to this agreement or the program shall in no event exceed the total commissions paid or payable by Ackfast.com under this agreement.

Affiliate understands that Affiliate tracking can never be 100% accurate and Ackfast.com is not responsible for inaccuracies that might occur beyond its control. Tracking of Affiliate sales depend on several factors which are out of the control of Ackfast.com. It is the goal of Ackfast.com to make Affiliate tracking as accurate as possible; however, Ackfast.com cannot guarantee 100% tracking for situations beyond its control.

Warranty Disclaimer
Ackfast.com makes no warranties expressed or implied with regard to Affiliate Program except as outlined in this agreement.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States.

We may however, reject your application if we determine (in our sole discretion) that the relationship between you and AckFast.com would not be to our best interest. For any or no reason, including, but not limited to, anything unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, and violent on your website and otherwise.
