Terms and Conditions

In signing up for the AckFast.com services, you are indicating that you have read and fully understand this agreement and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed below. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you must not use the AckFast.com services.

Ackfast.com is a marketing and advertising platform that’s created for people to meet on a business level.  Our main focus is make things easier, faster, affordable, and to put you in direct contact with the people you need in no time to wait.

Placing Ads
When you place an ad with AckFast.com, it will go directly to everyone who has subscribed to us, via text & email, and it will be posted on our website.   

You must take the same cautionary measures to qualify an applicant as you would when using a traditional newspaper.

We are not responsible for (anything) other than to make sure that you’re reaching a large audience for immediate response to your Ads.

Salary
It is both parties responsibility to negotiate the kind of salary or fee that would be agreed upon.

ServicePro
When you subscribe for our services, we will create a professional web page for you to display your services.  We do not guarantee clients; we can, however, make the opportunity available for clients to find you in real time as your web page become popular. 

You must take the same cautionary measures as you would when advertising on a traditional news paper.

Members
When you signed up for ServicePro you will become a member of this program automatically.  Members of this program are independent contractors, not employees of Ackfast.com and are responsible for their own local and state tax.

As a member—AckFast.com brings a great deal of value to your membership.  For us to live up to the expectations—these are the areas that we are targeting constantly in order for us to meet the high demands and to maintained the quality of service:  We're posting Ads with many different News Papers, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, E-Mail Marketing, Direct Marketing, Sponsorship Programs, Telemarketing, Web-broadcasting, and Television/Radio Broadcasting.

Membership Fees
At present, membership fees are applicable to mostly service providers and advertisers.

Marketing & Advertising Fees
All members are subjected to marketing and advertising fees either at a flat rate or a percentage, not less than 20% of the gross income unless mentioned otherwise for our services in writing.

Billing
Will take effect on either the 1st or 15th of every month.

Membership/ Termination
This agreement begins upon our acceptance of your membership application and will end when terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.  To terminate your membership agreement, you must go online to submit your termination notice under the work reporting section of our website: Work Reporting

Disclaimer
Ackfast.com will make every reasonable effort to deliver as promise with our services.  However, Ackfast.com is not responsible for technical problems, acts by third parties, or other events outside our reasonable control which may temporarily disrupt or diminish this service.

Warranty Disclaimer
Ackfast.com makes no warranties expressed or implied with regard to our services except as outlined in this agreement.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States.
